in Spain? |

have increased by an average of 15% over the last five years*. However,
there is now a slow-down, with average prices increasing by 9.1% in
2006 and mixed results for different regions. The Ballearics remained
strong in 2006 with growth of 12%, Valencia and Murcia 7.5% and
Alicante down at just 5%.
