·         Meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation.

·         Tailor all aspects of the tour to your individual requirements.

·         Acquaint you with the local area as well as with specific properties.

·         Ensure you have free time to discuss plans in private.

·         If appropriate, introduce you to English speaking legal and financial personnel who can assist in the details of making a purchase.

·         Ensure you are not rushed or pressurised into making a decision regarding the purchase of a property.

With all of these tours, if you choose to make a purchase as a result of viewing, flight costs and hotel room costs will be fully reimbursed. Currently our viewing tours include accommodation in either a 4* hotel in the local area or at an apartment owned by the local agent.

·         Spain and Mallorca – early morning flight, one night away.

·         Bulgaria and Cyprus – 3 day trip, minimum of two nights away.

·         Florida – one week trip.

The other way of viewing property is to incorporate a viewing as part of a holiday trip. We can help to coordinate this.
